Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription

The Pro subscription is monthly and is charged at the start of each period. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged after that.

You can cancel from subscription management on your account page.

Refunds

No refund is given for a period already in use: the service is digital, and the daily credit allowance has been made available for the whole period.

If you believe a charge is wrong or duplicated, write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com; we review the record and refund any incorrect charge.

Credit packs

Extra credit packs are digital content bought as a one-time purchase. Performance begins the moment the credits are added to your account, and no refund is given whether or not they are used.

Pack credits expire at the end of the period stated on the pricing page, below the purchase button, or when you delete your account.

Currency

You are charged in the currency you chose on the pricing page, for the amount shown on the payment screen. The amount is calculated from the US dollar price using an exchange rate updated every 12 hours; subscription renewals are charged at the rate at the time of renewal. If your card uses a different currency, your bank’s exchange rate and foreign transaction fees may change the amount charged to your card; these differences are not covered by refunds.

Right of withdrawal

For digital services, the right of withdrawal ends once performance of the service has begun. Performance is deemed to have begun the moment your subscription starts and credits are made available.
